Travel to school

Planning your school travel is easy. There are a range of safe transport options to get to our school. Check our location map, driving details and public transport options to help make the journey to school safe and easy.

Student safety is our priority. We encourage the whole community to be safe travellers on their way to and from school.

As a parent or carer, you are responsible for how your child gets to and from school. Where possible, we encourage walking.

Plan ahead by discussing the following with your children:

• safe travel routes
• how to share the road safely
• alternative arrangements for when unexpected things happen.

Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.

Parking on school grounds

Parking is available in Tiernan Ave, the council car park at the end of Tiernan Ave, Baden Powell Place or Hepburn Road. There is no visitor parking on the school site. Parents are to only access the staff car park to pick up a sick or injured child.
