CAPA at Muirfield

All Year 7 students study music, visual arts, dance and drama. These subjects are available as electives until the HSC. Beyond the classroom, there are extra-curricular activities. Muirfield has an extensive band program. After-school dance and drama groups provide opportunities for students to excel. We use professional spaces, such as Riverside Theatre, to give our students the opportunity to shine.

Here are two snippets of videos of Year 7 students dancing at our SummerArts festival, which due to COVID, was a virtual affair. One is of the Year 7 gifted dance troupe, the other is of all Year 7 students performing the mass Year 7 dance. The mass dance of Year 7 is tradition at Muirfield.
